Privacy Policy
The Events Management System ("EMS", "the app") is an internal tool operated by Handuraw Pizza of Cebu, Philippines. Our team uses it to schedule live-music events and weekly happenings, manage performers and posters, and publish listings to our public events page and social-media channels. This policy explains what personal information the app handles and how.
Information we collect
- Google Sign-In profile. Staff sign in with a Google Account. The app receives your basic profile only: name, email address, and profile photo. It requests no other Google data — no contacts, files, calendar, or messages — and it cannot act on your Google Account.
- Session cookie. After sign-in we set a strictly necessary cookie so you stay signed in. Sessions expire automatically after 7 days. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Operational logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic request metadata such as IP address and browser type for security and debugging.
How we use it
Your name and email are checked against our staff roster to decide whether you may access the app, shown in the app so teammates can see who's signed in, and used for nothing else. We do not sell personal information, share it with third parties for their own use, or use it for advertising. Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for sign-in) solely to run the service.
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention & deletion
Sign-in sessions are deleted automatically when they expire (7 days) or when you sign out. Roster entries (name and email) are kept only while a person is authorized staff. To have your information removed, or to revoke the app's access to your Google profile, use Google Account permissions or contact us and we'll delete it.
